Translate live into 100+ attendee languages

Turn on translation, let attendees pick their language on their own device, and keep the speaker focused on the room.

Enable the languages you want to support

In the event settings, switch on the languages you expect in the room. Inclutra translates the live transcript into each one in real time.

You do not have to choose languages in advance for every attendee. The list you enable is what they can pick from on their device.

Let attendees choose their language

Once attendees scan the QR code, the language picker appears at the top of the page in their browser. Each person selects their own language and the captions update for them only.

Two attendees standing next to each other can read the same talk in different languages without affecting anything else.

Keep the original transcript visible on stage

The original-language transcript stays on the laptop or on a stage display screen. The speaker does not need to change anything in their flow, and the room continues with audio in the original language.

Translation runs in parallel for the audience reading along on their phones.

Switch languages mid-session

Attendees can change their language at any time during the talk. The previous lines stay in the language they were in, and new lines flow in the newly selected language.

This is useful for multilingual visitors who want to compare phrasing or for late arrivals who join in a different language than they expected.
