Create one event per room
For a conference with parallel tracks, create a separate event in Inclutra for each room. Each event has its own microphone, transcript, and QR code, so attendees only see the captions from the talk they are watching.
The events stay grouped under your account so you can switch between them quickly during the day.
Use a recorder laptop in each room
Place a laptop in every room with Inclutra open and the local microphone selected. Once you press start, the recorder runs on its own and you do not need to keep the window in focus.
The dashboard view on your central laptop shows live status for every room: which events are recording, how many viewers are connected, and whether captions are flowing.
Manage displays and languages centrally
From the dashboard you can open a stage display for any room without leaving your seat, change the enabled translation languages mid-event, or stop a recording when a session ends.
This keeps a small ops team in control of a multi-track day without one person per room.
