Open the stage display view
From the event dashboard, open the stage display in a new browser window. Drag that window onto the secondary screen connected to the venue projector or display.
This view is a clean, full-screen transcript built for legibility from across the room.
Match the look to the venue
The stage display lets you adjust text size and contrast so captions read clearly from the back of the room. Tune it once at setup and leave it for the rest of the session.
If the venue uses a dark stage, the dark theme keeps the screen from glowing too brightly behind the speaker.
Combine with the QR code workflow
The stage display and the attendee QR code work side by side. Attendees who prefer their phone keep their own translated transcript, and anyone who would rather watch the screen can follow along in the original language.
Both views are powered by the same live transcription session, so they stay in sync.
